I am an Assistant Professor in Environmental and Occupational Medicine, in the UMDNJ-RW Johnson Medical
School. I work in the Computational Chemodynamics
Laboratory (CCL), directed by Dr. Panos Georgopoulos at
the Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute
(EOHSI). I received my B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian
Institute of Technology, Madras (IITM), and my M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in
Chemical Engineering from Rutgers, The State University of New
Jersey.
Research Interests
- Computational tools for source-to-dose exposure
modeling for ozone, air toxics, and particulate matter, as part of the Center
for Exposure and Risk Modeling (CERM)
- Methods for propagating uncertainty in models of complex
environmental and biological systems
- Methods for assessing exposure and risk assessment for emergency events involving chemical and biological agents
- Tools and techniques for Environmental Bioinformatics (www.environmentalbioinformatics.org)
